The 120 cover venue serves lunch and dinner with a big focus on Champagne and cocktails leading into the evening.
This is one of the most exciting venues in London right now with DJs and late night live music in the evening and the city's elite clientele dining throughout the day.
General Manager- Venue:

General Manager- Venue:
- One of the most exciting venues in London
- Outdoor terrace and lavish cocktail lounge/restaurant
- Champagne, caviar and cocktails with a buzzing atmosphere
General Manager - Rewards:
- £82k salary package (£70k basic + £12k service)
- 15% bonus and profit share (£100k+ total package)
- Private medical insurance
General Manager - Experience:
- High-end bar/restaurant and/or late night venue
- Venue closes at 12am in the week with one late night at the weekend (3am finish)
- Full autonomy of the outlet with support from the Exec team
We are looking for a charismatic and experiencedoperator with experience in late night venues and bars/restaurants.
