What youll get up to:

• Lead from the floor setting standards, creating energy, and driving culture
• Build, coach and inspire a large, diverse team shaping them into hospitality stars

• Drive consistency, quality, and pace in a high-volume, high-profile setting

Your DNA:

• An experienced, young, dynamic GM in a high-volume, high-energy restaurant
• A French Speaker native or professional level.
• Charismatic, people-driven, and obsessed with team culture
• Equally strong on commercial performance and guest experience
