The Role
Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-volume, premium pub.
Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house team to deliver best-in-class service.
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure food, drink and service standards are consistently exceptional.
Drive sales and profitability through strong financial control, marketing initiatives and local engagement.
Maintain impeccable standards across all aspects of the guest experience.
About You
Proven experience as a General Manager in a premium pub, restaurant, or gastro-led business.
A strong leader with a passion for hospitality, people development, and guest experience.
Confident managing P&L, budgets, and business strategy.
Enthusiastic, hands-on, and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
A genuine foodie with an eye for quality and atmosphere and great wine knowledge
