Now theyre looking for a General Manager to continue that success and take it to the next level.

What youll get up to:

Lead daily operations with full commercial ownership and a focus on excellence
Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining an outstanding guest experience
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative, locally inspired menus
Build strong relationships with local partners, hotels, and event venues
Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
Create a warm, inclusive culture where both guests and team members feel valued
Represent the brand in the community - driving awareness, events, and reputation
