Hours: 45 hours per week About Dabbers Social Bingo At Dabbers, were shaking up the traditional bingo hall and turning it into a full-blown entertainment experience, think electric hosts, buzzing crowds, comedy, cocktails, and confetti. We celebrate play, personality, and people, creating unforgettable nights out for our guests. Now, were on the lookout for a Venue Manager with entrepreneurial flair, someone ready for their next big challenge and eager to grow with an independent and exciting social entertainment brand.

About the Role As hospitality management roles go its unusual. Its full on fast paced but for now were opening only 4 days a week. We cant promise that in December, but for the rest of the year theres some room for balance. Were looking for someone who can lead with confidence, inspire a team, and keep the good times rolling while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Youll oversee the Dabbers experience, from managing the front of house staff and rotas to creating cocktails, ordering stock and making sure the night goes off with a bang. If you love fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving, work well in a team and getting stuck in, youll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Take charge of daily operations across the venue. Focus on sales and service excellence, ensuring every guest leaves smiling.

Lead by example train, inspire, and empower your team. Work with marketing, sales and production to deliver show-stopping promotions. Keep the vibe high and the venue running smoothly cheerful in the face of challenge Jump in where needed: from fixing lights to crafting innovative ideas to throw into the Dabbers mix. What Were Looking For Manager experience in hospitality, ideally with entertainment .
