The Role

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-volume, premium pub.
• Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure food, drink and service standards are consistently exceptional.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong financial control, marketing initiatives and local engagement.
• Maintain impeccable standards across all aspects of the guest experience.

About You

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a premium pub, restaurant, or gastro-led business.
• A strong leader with a passion for hospitality, people development, and guest experience.
• Confident managing P&L, budgets, and business strategy.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on, and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• A genuine foodie with an eye for quality and atmosphere and great wine knowledge
