We are a vibrant, modern brasserie with a loyal neighbourhood following, celebrated for our welcoming service, quality-driven menus, and lively atmosphere. Were seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team, enhance the guest journey, and help drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role

As General Manager, you will:

Oversee all daily operations with full accountability
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
Uphold exceptional service standards and a warm, engaging environment
Manage budgets, GP, labour, and overall P&L performance
Partner closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality
Boost sales through local marketing and community engagement
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

About You

You will bring:

Proven GM experience within a brasserie or fine dining setting
Strong leadership with a proactive, hands-on attitude
