Were looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our new multi-floor Jamies Italian restaurant, opening in Leicester Square in early 2026.

As General Manager, youll bring energy, experience, and leadership to one of Londons most exciting new openings. Youll set the tone for excellence, shaping a culture of warmth, teamwork, and world-class hospitality in the heart of the West End.

About the Role

Lead and inspire your management team and front- and back-of-house colleagues.
Deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with the Jamies Italian UK brand.
Take full responsibility for operational performance, sales, and profit targets.
Champion our AIM HIGH values and create a culture where people love to work and guests love to dine.
Partner closely with the kitchen leadership team to ensure consistency and excellence across all floors.

About You

Proven experience leading a high-volume, premium casual or full-service restaurant.
A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
A genuine passion for food, people, and delivering results.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and develop great teams.
