An independent quick service restaurant group, operating in London for the past eight years, is looking for a General Manager to lead one of its high-performing sites in Canary Wharf. Known for its commitment to fresh food, exceptional standards, and genuine hospitality.

This role is ideal for someone with strong QSR experience or a Head Chef looking to move into a more guest-facing leadership position while still maintaining a close connection to kitchen operations.
