My client, a prestigious private clinic located in the hard of the West End, is currently searching for a  Patient Care Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of patient interaction within a dynamic healthcare environment. Experience in the medical sector is not required, but a background in a sales environment is highly beneficial.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering patient queries over the phone and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Guiding patients through their initial visits, ensuring they know you are their point of contact for any future queries.
  • Booking surgical appointments and consultations.
  • Invoicing patients for deposits and surgery balances.
  • Ensuring all client needs are met during their visit to the practice.
  • Arranging for the production of the product for patients.
  • Updating all records on the patient database as appropriate.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a supportive and learning-focused environment within the clinic.
  • Completing end-of-day administrative tasks.
  • Achieving monthly targets and KPIs.
