As a Biology Teacher, You Will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Biology lessons to students in KS3, KS4, and A-Level (KS5).
• Foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes a love of Biology and develops students' scientific inquiry skills.
• Utilise a range of teaching strategies, including practical experiments in well-equipped laboratories, to bring the subject to life.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its Outstanding ethos.

As a Biology Teacher, You Offer:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A strong degree in Biology or a closely related scientific field.
• Proven experience and success in teaching Biology across Key Stages 3, 4, and crucially, Key Stage 5 (A-Level).
• A genuine passion for Biology and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
