An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Westminster is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

    Support students in Key Stages 3 to 5 across a range of subjects.Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions to boost progress and confidence.Assist teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource preparation.Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.


About You:

    A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or higherin any subject.Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with young people.A proactive and professional approach to supporting teaching and learning.Experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
