Permanent Teacher of Psychology (KS4 & KS5 Specialist) - An Outstanding London School (Psychology Department)

An outstanding school in London is seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Teacher of Psychology to join our thriving Psychology Department, specializing in delivering engaging and effective lessons at Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Psychology lessons exclusively to GCSE and A-Level students.
• Foster a deep and critical understanding of psychological concepts, theories, and research methods at both key stages.
• Contribute to the development of a rigorous and stimulating Psychology curriculum for KS4 and KS5.
• Assess and monitor student progress effectively, providing targeted feedback to maximize achievement at both GCSE and A-Level.
• Collaborate actively with colleagues within the Psychology Department to share best practices in teaching Psychology at these levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong degree in Psychology or a closely related field.

• Comprehensive and up-to-date subject knowledge across the GCSE and A-Level Psychology curriculum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills, specifically tailored to engaging older students.
