If you're passionate about early years education and love the outdoors, this could be the perfect role for you - the school boasts its very own Forest School, offering children rich, hands-on learning experiences in nature every week.

Your Role:

As part of the Reception team, you'll play a key role in supporting children's early development, curiosity, and independence. Working closely with the class teacher, you'll:

  • Lead and support small-group and whole-class activities across the EYFS curriculum
  • Deliver engaging phonics and early reading sessions
  • Provide one-to-one or small-group support to children with additional needs, including personal care if required

  • Foster a nurturing, positive atmosphere that encourages confidence and exploration

  • Collaborate with an experienced Early Years team committed to creative and inclusive learning

About You:

  • Proven experience in an EYFS or Reception setting
  • Confident in delivering phonics and early learning interventions
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and child-centred in your approach
  • Comfortable supporting children with personal care when needed
  • A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a busy, creative environment
