Your Role:
As part of the Reception team, you'll play a key role in supporting children's early development, curiosity, and independence. Working closely with the class teacher, you'll:
- Lead and support small-group and whole-class activities across the EYFS curriculum
- Deliver engaging phonics and early reading sessions
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support to children with additional needs, including personal care if required

Foster a nurturing, positive atmosphere that encourages confidence and exploration
Collaborate with an experienced Early Years team committed to creative and inclusive learning
About You:
- Proven experience in an EYFS or Reception setting
- Confident in delivering phonics and early learning interventions
- Enthusiastic, patient, and child-centred in your approach
- Comfortable supporting children with personal care when needed
- A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a busy, creative environment
