We are currently recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team at a school supporting children aged 5-19 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

  • Support students with SEMH needs in both group and 1:1 settings

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to build trust quickly with students and staff
  • Resilience in challenging environments; calm under pressure
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
