As a Sociology Teacher, you will have the chance to nurture students' understanding of sociological concepts, encourage critical thinking, and develop their skills across a range of social science topics. Key Responsibilities: Sociology Teacher
- Teach Sociology to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including A-Level Sociology.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students to reach their full potential.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a stimulating Social Sciences curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching and learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and subject knowledge.

Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in Sociology or a closely related subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Sociology at GCSE and A-Level is preferred, but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers (NQTs).
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring students to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
