The role – Teaching Assistant

• The successful Teaching assistant will be required to support a mainstream primary school, working with students on a 1:1 basis and small groups.
• Provide learning materials to cater for students with additional needs.
• Provide support with learning tasks and promoting their inclusion in classroom activities.
• Build a trusting and positive relationships with students
• Provide reports on student progress
• Under the guidance of teaching staff, provide feedback to students, parents and carers about their progress, achievements and any potential issues.
