We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join and support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils in one of our local Primary Schools in West London.

About the role

You will work under the guidance of the class teacher and the senior leadership team to support the learning and development of pupils within the classroom and across the wider school environment.

The role involves providing targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional or special educational needs, ensuring that every child is able to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

As Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning and promote progress.
  • Provide support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN), emotional or behavioural challenges, under the guidance of the SENCo.
