SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming, high-performing three-form entry primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham seeking a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant to be a general classroom TA and support a Year 4 child who is finding school life challenging following some trauma.
This role combines focused SEN support with general teaching assistant responsibilities across the classroom, making it ideal for someone caring, patient, and eager to develop.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 emotional and academic support to a Year 4 child with additional social and emotional needs
Help build confidence, nurture resilience, and create a positive learning experience
Support the class teacher with general classroom duties
Access high-quality education and training through SANZA Teaching Agency - with free access to the naitonal college for professional development

A compassionate, understanding SEN Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children through emotional or learning challenges
Confident assisting SEN pupils and comfortable with general teaching assistant duties
Calm, patient, and positive, with excellent communication skills
Keen to develop through hands-on education and training and guided mentoring
