Pay: £90 - £100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 or in small groups with students presenting behavioural challenges

Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour
Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:

Have experience working with secondary-aged students
Be confident in managing behaviour in a school setting
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting learning and development
Be available full-time from September 2025
