About the Role
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brixton, Lambeth, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The successful candidate will work with pupils who have additional learning needs, including Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing one-to-one and small group support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs and support progress.
Assist with emotional regulation, social development, and positive behaviour strategies.
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals.
Support the creation of an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or working with children with SEND.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive, flexible, and caring approach to supporting children's learning.
