Bar & Restaurant Manager
Location: Chelsea and Kensington
My Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Launge and Bar Restaurant Manager to join Thier team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operations of our lobby lounge bar and in-house Cafe, ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences for Thier guests.
Responsibilities:
路 Manage daily operations of the lobby lounge bar and in-house Cafe, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
路 Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable guest experiences.
路 Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among baristas, bartenders, and serving staff.
路 Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety in both bar and cafe areas.
路 Develop and execute innovative beverage and food offerings that align with brand standards and guest preferences.
路 Ensure compliance with licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices.
路 Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
路 Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to achieve financial goals and maintain cost control.
路 Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career progression.
路 Collaborate with the marketing team to promote bar and cafe offerings and drive revenue.
Requirements:
路 Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or independent cocktail bar/brasserie setting.
路 Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically.
路 Strong leadership qualities with a magnetic personality that inspires the team.
路 Knowledge of licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices.
路 Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
路 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
路 High level of integrity and accountability.
