We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Reception Manager to join their flagship operation. This is a large luxury lifestyle restaurant, located in the heart of the prestigious London most affluent location.

What youll do:

• Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver warm, attentive, and seamless guest service.

• Manage all front desk operations, including reservations, guest enquiries, and VIP bookings.

• Build strong relationships with our guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.

• Work closely with senior management to continuously improve service standards.

• Support the wider operation during peak periods, always leading by example.

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Supervisor in a high-profile, luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.
