Your role in shaping experiences

• Exquisite Dining: Collaborate with culinary visionaries at Michelin-starred Quilon (Indian) or curate remarkable dining experiences at House of Ming (Chinese), TH51 (Multi Cuisine), Kona (European and Afternoon Tea), The Hamptons Bar (Finger Food), and Bombay Brasserie (Indian).

Role Description:

As Hotel Manager, you will be the ambassador of Taj Hotels, leading operations across our London properties to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our brand values. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee all hotel operations to ensure productivity, quality, and service standards are met and exceeded.
• Enhance Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback, respond to reviews, and implement strategies to achieve top-tier service aligned with LQA standards.
• Lead and Inspire Teams: Foster a high-performance culture, conduct regular appraisals, and champion training and development initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to marketing plans, budgets, and business objectives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Financial Stewardship: Control operating and payroll costs, monitor revenue forecasts, and implement cost-efficiency measures.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a secure and professional environment.

• Luxury Hospitality Expertise: Proven background in 5-star luxury hotels, ideally in Central London.
• Scale Experience: Previous leadership in properties with 200+ rooms.
• Personality & Presence: Smiley, positive, and approachable with a natural ability to inspire confidence.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality and consistency in every aspect of operations.
• Change Leadership: Demonstrated track record of driving change management and implementing process improvements.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue generation and cost control.
