As a Night Manager, you manage the front desk team and the operations. You must be an enthusiastic and proactive individual who enjoys varied responsibilities, with a positive approach to leading the teams. The individual must have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, and give our guests a warm and welcoming experience, exceeding their expectations.The successful candidate must be flexible and adaptable to assume responsibilities and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Activities
Ensure guests are met professionally whilst standards of reception operations are being met at all times
Direct and oversee the operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and the safety of the hotel
Ensure the successful and precise completion of the night audit and prepare all requested daily reports
Prepare all financial and operations reports as stated in procedures with a detailed eye and extreme accuracy;
Conduct property show rounds and take every opportunity to promote the hotel services
Manage and monitor activities of the team, working at night, making sure that they adhere to the standards of excellence and follow company procedures and standards at all times;
Requirements:
Knowledge of Opera PMS Systems
Experience in a similar environment
Eager to learn
Flexible with working shift pattern requirements

Many rooms, such as the old Borough Treasurers room, retain original ironmongery and timber panelling, paired with modern pendant lighting and terrazzo-inspired worktops.
