We are seeking a hands-on head housekeeper to join a team of four for a prestigious employer known for excellent staff retention.
The role involves creating schedules for the housekeeping team, leading by example, and working closely with them in a hands-on capacity.
Candidates must have experience leading a team, exceptional housekeeping skills, and the ability to take initiative.
Experience in an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) household is required, along with a willingness to travel with the family for a total of 4-6 weeks per year.
The position offers a salary of £60-65K per annum plus a discretionary bonus, with a schedule of 50 hours per week across five days, and candidates are expected to be available ASAP.

We are looking for a top hands-on head housekeeper to work in a team of 4 housekeepers for an excellent employer with excellent staff retention . The property is easy to manage and your responsibilities will include putting together rotas and schedules for the housekeeper team, leading by example, and working alongside them. The role is very much hands on.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in leading a team, has fantastic housekeeping abilities and takes initiative. Must have experience working in an UHNW household.

This role includes travel alongside the family for a maximum 4-6 weeks a year in total (1 to 2 weeks at a time over school holidays)

Schedule: 50 hours per week across 5 days.Salary: £60-65K gpa plus discretionary bonusAvailability: ASAP (will consider candidates with notice periods)
