Key duties include:

  • Full administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle management process
  • Build relationships throughout the business, with leadership and employees throughout the spectrum
  • Drive an exceptional employee journey experience through A grade customer service and interaction with HR Ops
  • Payroll management and administration
  • Ongoing upkeep and management of employee journey data and reporting via extensive interaction with the HRIS
  • Employee benefits administration

A wonderful leadership team is already in place, and this person will have impressive professionals to learn from in abundance. You should already be on your HR journey, with at least CIPD level 3 to show for it, and a growing knowledge of the Administrative and Operational responsibilities of a People function for its commercial business.

With an office in London but a footprint that extends globally, this will be a role that operates primarily on a remote basis, although applicants must be able to commute into London occasionally to be considered for this leading chance to take the next step in your HR career!
