Workplace Coordinator£24 – £26 p/h12 months +I have a fantastic opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator to join a boutique Investment Bank, located in beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair, on a 12 month contract with the potential to extend. The Coordinator would be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the London office, conducting a varied range of responsibilities to ensure the office operates efficiently whilst offering a 5 star experience.What you’ll do:
  • Oversee the day to day running of the office
  • Facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Managing stock of and ordering supplies
  • Managing vendor contracts
  • Liaise with Director of Real Estate to review and recommend improvements
  • Meet and greet guests, serve refreshments and coordinate set up and clean-up of events
  • Maintaining an organised and professional space
  • Manage space to ensure employees are getting the most out of the area
  • Plan budget for all workplace expenses such as contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Risk management, Health and Safety and security
What you’ll need:
  • Degree educated – desired
  • Previous experience in a client facing role, preferably within Financial Services
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • To be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
  • A solution orientated approach
