- Oversee the day to day running of the office
- Facilities and equipment maintenance
- Managing stock of and ordering supplies
- Managing vendor contracts
- Liaise with Director of Real Estate to review and recommend improvements
- Meet and greet guests, serve refreshments and coordinate set up and clean-up of events
- Maintaining an organised and professional space
- Manage space to ensure employees are getting the most out of the area
- Plan budget for all workplace expenses such as contracts, equipment and supplies
- Risk management, Health and Safety and security
- Degree educated – desired
- Previous experience in a client facing role, preferably within Financial Services
- Impeccable communication skills
- To be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
