Fantastic opportunity for a Benefits & Pension Specialist to join a fast-paced, successful media brand!

Joining a small team of three, you'll manage and process employee benefits across the UK. You'll be the first point of contact for all benefits queries, including pensions, private medical insurance, gym discounts, life cover, and more.

You'll play a key role in enhancing the benefits portal, leading on data analysis, and supporting the rollout of new initiatives. There's plenty of scope to review current offerings, streamline processes, and help shape the future of the benefits function.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, experience working with senior business leaders, solid vendor management experience, and a passion for simplifying and scaling operations. You'll work closely with leadership and the wider HR team in a collaborative, consultative environment.

Experience in both pensions and benefits is essential to succeed in this role.
