Reporting to their Director of Reward, this is a highly autonomous role with strategic input and extensive stakeholder engagement. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, an amazing company culture and an incredibly supportive team. This role offers a superb opportunity for a dynamic Benefits Manager or an experienced Benefits Advisor looking to take on increased responsibility and step up to the manager role.As the Benefits Manager you will work closely with senior stakeholders, the payroll manager, and Director of Reward - while being supported by a Benefits Advisor. The role is broad and evolving as the firm strives to enhance their benefits offering, and support their Wellbeing program. Experience managing a flexible benefits offering, and using a dedicated Benefits Platform (such as Benifex) strongly desired. Candidates should have strong background within a Benefits role, ideally you’re your experience gained in-house within professional services (preferably in a law firm or similar).
