Head of PeopleCastlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading private sector organisation based in London that requires a Head of People on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include;•    Be a key player in the delivery of a first-class Human Resources service across the organisation•    Organise and lead Human Resources events for managers and staff•    Lead and manage HR projects that identify and implement collaboration opportunities across the workforce•    Deliver complex change initiatives using recognised project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), adapting your approach to suit diverse stakeholder requirements and business contexts•    Build strong relationships and engage with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to gain insights and co-create solutions•    Collaborate closely with the senior management team, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth execution of programme goals from start to finish•    Apply analytical thinking to uncover opportunities, resolve process inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.•    Manage relationships with third party suppliers, including occupational health and workforce systems•    Oversee changes in contract templates and conduct a review of contractor and clinical contracts•    Map out Learning and Development needs and oversee e-learning

Key experience and skills required;•    Degree level qualification or knowledge and expertise gained through in-depth experience •    Proven experience delivering cross-functional, HR programmes or projects•    Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and systems in international contexts•    Ideally certified or actively working towards a recognised project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)•    Experience of developing workforce policies and procedures •    Written communication skills including the ability to write material and reports to a high standard for a wide and diverse audience•    Verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels •    Analytical skills - ability to analyse multisource data, draw conclusions from the findings and translate this into a coherent report and action planning•    Problem solving skills and an aptitude for offering creative and innovative workforce solutions •    Being a champion for culture •    Be able to demonstrate a good working understanding of data protection and confidentiality
