Teqniq is searching for a HR Director to work in the public sector.

Job Description:

Overall responsibility of the Human Resource function. Develop the capacity and capability of the workforce to meet current and future needs. Ability to deliver transformation and high performance through others. Formulate personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the departments mission and goals. Drive high levels of customer service against clearly articulated service standards. Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels. Deliver joined up solutions in partnership with other functional leaders. Provide inclusive, visible, and engaging leadership across the service. Manage complex stakeholder relationships. Develop remuneration and reward procedures. Plan and direct employee training and development programmes. Ensure compliance with employment law. Verify health and safety procedures are adequate.

Other offices locations that the worker can be based in:- Croydon- Birmingham- Cardiff- Wakefield- Sale40% hybrid working plus likelihood to travel to other offices.
