HR Manager / JuniorHRBP / HR Operations Lead London (Hybrid - 3days in office minimum)Insurance Broker£55-65k + benefitsAbout the RoleSeeking a highlyorganised, process-driven HR professional to lead and centralise our HRadministration and advisory support across our UK operations. With a workforce of approximately 1,500 employees and Workday in place, we are looking to improve the rigour, consistency, and efficiency of our HR service delivery.

This role will bepivotal in managing and improving HR administrative processes, ensuring fairallocation of work, and supporting the HR team with advisory responsibilities.You'll work closely with HRBPs and Centre of Excellence to ensure ahigh-quality, compliant, and responsive HR service.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration Management

  • Lead and manage the HRAssistants to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely HR admin support.
  • Implement and manage acentralised HR admin inbox and fair task allocation system.
  • Drive improvements inHR admin processes, checklists, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance andaccuracy in all employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, leavers,etc.).

HR Partnering & Advisory Support

  • Provide hands-onsupport for employee relations cases, including performance management,grievances, and absence management.
  • Act as a trustedadvisor to line managers, particularly in operational and finance teams.
  • Support the Head ofEmployee Relations with policy implementation and case management.

Workday & Systems

  • Champion the effectiveuse of Workday, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improvedata accuracy.
  • Train and support theteam in getting the best out of the system.

Team Leadership &Collaboration

  • Provide day-to-dayleadership and coaching to the HR Assistants.
  • Work collaborativelywith HRBPs to balance admin and advisory workloads.
  • Foster a culture ofaccountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience inHR operations, shared services, or advisory roles.
  • Most recent backgroundin Financial Services, Insurance or Professional Services.
  • A background inpermanent roles rather than short-term or contract-based positions, to ensuredeep understanding of organisational culture and continuity.
  • Strong understandingof HR administration and employee relations.
  • Experience managing orleading small HR teams.
  • Excellent knowledge ofWorkday or similar HRIS.
  • Process-oriented witha keen eye for detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Confident communicatorwith a collaborative, hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working ina fast-paced, high-volume environment.
