We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a prestigious law firm located in the heart of the City of London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to work closely with senior leadership, driving HR strategy and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.
In this full-time, office-based role, you will lead HR teams in the UK and manage back-office HR operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and employee relations, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will collaborate with senior management to ensure that HR initiatives align with the firm’s business goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need a CIPD Level 7 qualification and proven HR experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment, ideally within a legal setting. You should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels, as well as exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic business environment.
