As Human Resources Manager, you'll be at the heart of the firm's London HR function - trusted to lead on all aspects of HR service delivery. You will partner closely with senior managers both in the UK and internationally, offering clear, commercially grounded guidance across employee relations, performance, recruitment planning, and career development. You'll play a vital role in workforce planning, succession, and talent conversations, all while nurturing a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
