As Human Resources Manager, you'll be at the heart of the firm's London HR function - trusted to lead on all aspects of HR service delivery. You will partner closely with senior managers both in the UK and internationally, offering clear, commercially grounded guidance across employee relations, performance, recruitment planning, and career development. You'll play a vital role in workforce planning, succession, and talent conversations, all while nurturing a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.

This is a visible and varied role that would suit a confident, experienced HR Manager who enjoys the balance of strategic partnering with hands-on operational oversight. You will oversee critical HR processes and manage and develop a dedicated HR Advisor.

This role is ideal for someone who is already operating at HR Manager level and looking to deepen their strategic involvement and expand their influence in a truly global environment. You'll need a strong background in professional services or a similarly fast-paced, intellectually rigorous setting, along with excellent knowledge of UK employment law, best practice, and compliance. A CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
