Our client is an international group of hotels operating two high-end properties in the UK and is seeking an HR Manager to lead the people agenda for their first hotel in Kensington, London.

The Role
Having, in recent years, re entered the UK market, out client operates a luxury Country House Hotel and is opening a contemporary lifestyle hotel in London.
With the support of a HR administrator the HR Manager will be responsible for all HR functions across the property. With 100+ guest rooms, extensive F&B facilities and a staff count of approx. 70 employees, this role will form part of the senior leadership team, reporting into the General Manager.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, candidates should ideally come with 4/5*hotel experience from within the London market. You should be an accomplished HR Generalist with a real strength in nurturing talent, ensuring a robust recruitment and training focus across the hotel fostering a culture of people development.
Leading the HR process across all departments, you will support the HOD's and manage employee relations, well-being and ensure all HR polities and legal requirements are adhered to.
This role would suit an ambitious candidate looking for further development or an experienced HR manager who enjoys working closely with the operations team and General Manager.
