A unique and well known Private Equity business have asked us to exclusively source an interim Payroll Manager for a long term FTC during a complex time period.

This role will involve a combination of day to day payroll management as well as supporting on a global transformation project.

Hybrid working, 3 days in office in the City of London.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day payroll operations for multiple jurisdictions globally.
  • Support with year end reporting.
  • Process monthly reconciliations.
  • Provide advice and support to the wider Payroll team.
  • Consistently operate in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Proactive support on the transformation project.

Experience

  • International Payroll experience is ESSENTIAL. (Ideally Polish and US payrolls exposure)
  • Strong systems knowledge &/or exposure to multiple payroll providers.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Being able to collaborate and work well with the wider team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Financial Services is desired.
