Temp HR Manager - Immediate startÂ
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client, a leading international organisation based in Central London on a temporary basis. Reporting to the UK Head of HR you will working as part of a collaborative and fast-paced HR team. This is a temporary role for a minimum period of 3 months. The role is hybrid based with 3 days based at the company’s offices in Central London.
This is a generalist role and will see you:
Advising and supporting managers across multiple regions on a wide range of ER issues, ensuring compliance and best practice. Partnering with hiring managers to drive recruitment processes for key hires across UK and international locations. Supporting and delivering engagement initiatives to maintain a high-performing and inclusive culture. Coordinating benefits administration and liaising with payroll providers to ensure smooth operations. Championing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies across global teams. Contributing to global HR projects, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience within a senior HR Manager role
- A background in working within global or international organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to partner with senior executives
- Experience in data-driven or tech environments highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, judgement, and problem-solving skills
This is a temporary role for an initial 3 month period so candidates must be available to start next week. The hourly rate is £30ph.
