Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in a fast paced environment. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping the organisation attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring that employees have the support and resources they need to excel in their roles. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique blend of work in the dynamic world of advertising.

What you'll do:

  • Provide HR advice and support to all employees across the organisation.
  • Identify talent development needs and design strategies to support employee growth.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all employee relations matters.
  • Manage probation review processes with line managers and employees.
  • Support your relevant business area to ensure new employees have a seamless on boarding experience.
  • Lead and support the performance management process.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.

What you bring:

  • Experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex situations.
