We're looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our people-focused organisation. In this varied role, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day HR admin tasks while also having the opportunity to develop your skills and get involved in employee relations cases as you settle into the role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems

  • Coordinating absence, holiday, and training records

  • Supporting payroll processes with timely data updates

  • Assisting with recruitment administration

  • Getting involved in employee relations support as your experience grows

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A people-first mindset and interest in HR best practice

  • Previous HR admin experience is ideal, but not essential if you're keen to learn
