Job Responsibilities

  • Provide HR services to schools, focusing on worker relations.

  • Manage HR cases and offer advice on performance, absence, conduct, and capability issues.

  • Collaborate with trade unions and legal teams on complex cases.

  • Support head teacher recruitment and staff hiring processes.

  • Lead change programs such as TUPE and reorganizations in schools.

  • Deliver high-quality HR advice and solutions promptly.

  • Develop strong relationships with schools and seek revenue opportunities.

  • Collect and analyze worker data for effective management.

  • Promote equality and diversity within Education and Inclusion.

  • Stay updated with employment laws and best practices.

Person Specifications
Must Have

  • Experience in HR services, particularly in worker relations.

  • Ability to manage complex HR cases.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with schools or educational institutions.

  • Familiarity with TUPE and organizational change processes.

  • Experience collaborating with trade unions.
