Job Responsibilities

Provide HR services to schools, focusing on worker relations.

Manage HR cases and offer advice on performance, absence, conduct, and capability issues.

Collaborate with trade unions and legal teams on complex cases.

Support head teacher recruitment and staff hiring processes.

Lead change programs such as TUPE and reorganizations in schools.

Deliver high-quality HR advice and solutions promptly.

Develop strong relationships with schools and seek revenue opportunities.

Collect and analyze worker data for effective management.

Promote equality and diversity within Education and Inclusion.

Stay updated with employment laws and best practices.
Person Specifications
Must Have

Experience in HR services, particularly in worker relations.

Ability to manage complex HR cases.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
Nice to Have

Experience working with schools or educational institutions.
