Role Overview:
Service Care Solutions is proud to be supporting the Ministry of Defence (MOD) in recruiting for multipleHR Caseworkerroles within the Defence Afghan Relocation and Resettlement (DARR) team. These roles are based at theMOD Main Building in Londonand involve sensitive HR casework requiring discretion, professionalism, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Decision-Making:
    Apply relevant SOPs and SOIs to make sound decisions, seeking guidance when necessary.
  2. Data Protection:
    Handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 2015.
  3. Query Management:
    Respond empathetically and promptly to applicant queries, identifying translation needs where appropriate.
  4. Documentation Analysis:
    Review and assess applicant documentation, requesting further details when needed.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support DARR priorities.
  6. Correspondence & Record-Keeping:
    Maintain accurate case notes and correspondence records.
  7. Casework Data Management:
    Ensure data accuracy for reporting and resource planning.
  8. Governance Compliance:
    Adhere to DARR governance protocols to ensure transparency and accountability.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must hold valid UK security clearance (e.g., SC or DV).
  • Must not be currently employed as a civil servant.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
