HR/Recruitment Administrator

Our client is looking for an HR/Recruitment Administrator to play a crucial role in supporting their Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment process. Your efforts will help them to find and onboard the best talent, ensuring the team continues to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team: Be involved in every stage of the recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
  • Manage job postings: Ensure our job ads are up-to-date and respond promptly to applications.
  • Coordinate interviews: Schedule and manage diaries for virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain recruitment systems: Keep internal systems accurate and up-to-date with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support: Ensure smooth recruitment operations with your exceptional organisational skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Organisational skills: Ability to multitask effectively and manage your time well.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Systems: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, for scheduling and communication.
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
