Interim HR Advisor Â
Our client and leading law firm is seeking an interim HR Advisor on an initial 4-week assignment in their London office.
- Salary to £50,000
- 09:30-17:30 working hours
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- City location / stunning offices

Interim HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Head of HR, predominantly working across the Reward & Benefits and Data & Systems areas
- Carry out data analysis, support annual employee salary and bonus review, advise on policy queries, liaise with third party provider and support benchmarking surveys
- Support the wider HR team with general administrationÂ
Interim HR Advisor Skills & Requirements:
- Must be either immediately available or available on a short notice period
- Advanced Excel skills e.g. competent with VLookups, Pivot tables etc. is essential
- Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Reward & Benefit experience desirable but not essential
