What You’ll Do- Source, attract, and engage with high-quality candidates.
- Write and post compelling job adverts.
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer.
- Negotiate offers and close successful placements.
- Confident, articulate, and resilient individuals.
- Driven by results and motivated by financial reward.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Degree (2:2 or above) preferred but not essential.
- Previous sales or commercial experience advantageous but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic salary: £28,000
- Year 1 OTE: £40,000+
- Year 2 OTE: £65,000+
- Year 3 OTE: £100,000+
- Uncapped commission with no threshold.
