The Opportunity:
This is a full 360° recruitment role, offering hands-on experience in all aspects of the hiring process. From sourcing candidates to closing deals, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses find the right talent while building a successful career for yourself.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and approaching potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and internal databases
- Screening candidates over the phone to assess suitability for roles
- Writing and posting job adverts to attract high-quality applicants
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
- Coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience
- Negotiating offers and managing the offer process through to acceptance
- Working to sales targets and earning commission based on your results
What They’re Looking For:
- A 2:2 degree or above (in any discipline)
- Ideally, some experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated by success, money, and progression
- Resilience, work ethic, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute

What You’ll Get in Return:
- Competitive starting salary of £25,000
- Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£40,000
- Year 2 OTE: £40,000–£70,000
- Year 3 OTE: £70,000–£100,000+
