Role OverviewAs a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source and headhunt high-quality candidates for clients in the energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Prepare and advise candidates for interviews and manage the offer process.
- Write compelling job adverts and manage applications efficiently.
- Negotiate contracts and close placements successfully.
- Develop your specialist network and knowledge of the energy market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, ambitious, and motivated by results.
- Career-minded with a desire to progress quickly.
- Degree preferred but not essential.
- Experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles is an advantage.

- Starting salary: £25,000 plus uncapped commission.
