About the Role
As aVolunteer Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and connectingqualified teachers and teaching assistantswith schools and educational institutions. This position is ideal for those pursuing careers inHR, recruitment, or marketingand looking to build experience in talent acquisition. This is a volunteer(unpaid)position. However, based on performance, there is potential for this role to transition into a paid opportunity aftersix months or sooner.
Key Responsibilities
Advertise job openings for teacher and teaching assistant positions
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
Communicate with candidates and answer queries about roles
Work closely with schools and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Assist with onboarding and placement of successful candidates
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented approach
Passion for education and recruitment
Previous experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (but not required)
Ability to commit a few hours per week (flexible schedule)
University graduates and students pursuing Marketing or HR are welcome

Additional Details
1.Volunteer Role(Flexible Hours)
Full time - 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Part time- At least 3 working days.
