An IT Consultancy based in South-East London is seeking a part-time Senior IT Engineer to provide 1st to 3rd line/Systems Management level support on client sites, based predominantly in South-East and Central London. The days you’ll be working will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Working with the existing IT team, you’ll respond to requests sent from clients to the company’s helpdesk team. You’ll ensure that all incidents are resolved in a timely manner and participate as the Lead Engineer on those client accounts. You’ll be able to manage tech projects, suggest upgrades and technology optimisations to Senior Management and implement technical solutions when required.
The role is paying £50,000-£55,000 pro rata plus good benefits. The company pays good bonuses and performs annual salary reviews.
